Athletics

On the first week we did throwing we had to pick somebody to buddy up with. Then on the second week we did high jump we had to start off low then it got higher and higher then some people starting to kick the pole off we cheered for them because they gave it their best shot. Then on the third week we did long jump we had to beat our high score it was very hard but to some other people it was that easy. Then when we finished we had to think about our goals my goal for throwing is to put my hand behind my ear and step back and Ame for the sky and run up and throw and that's how to  make your throw go higher and farrier. My goal for high jump is to jump higher and always land on my feet. My goal for long jump is to don't miss the mat and always land on the green line to make you jump farrier and my favourite sport was high jump because it stretches your legs out more and it makes you jump higher. Then when we were finished long jump we had to wait until the next week for sprints but when we do sprints I bet everyone will do great.....
